E-mail Campaigns

Consistent and ongoing follow-up is crucial, therefore we have created three main letter series for you to use. At the beginning of developing your business, you probably would want to send these letters manually to individual addressees.  However, as your group grows, you might want to consider working with an autoresponder.

If you are shopping for a stand alone auto responder here is a list for you to examine:

http://www.sfiteam.com/Autoresponders/ . Some of them are free of charge, others have a monthly fee. Free accounts have some limitations such as limited number of e-mail campaigns you can set up and third party advertising

My favorite autoresponder and the one I subscribe to is http://proautoresponder.com. It has a monthly subscription fee of $ 17.95, allows unlimited messages. It also has some cool features such as integration of audio messages in your e-mails (extra charge).

If you plan to use an autoresponder, make sure that you leave at least 2 days between each message in order not to overwhelm your people with your e-mails.

Simply copy/paste the text of the following letters and set them up in the DRAFT folder of your e-mail program. Personalize them with your own signature and affiliate number. Label them (e.g. "TeamSFI training 1") in the sequence you will be sending them out. Again, you can automate this process by setting up the letters in an autoresponder.

Campaign #1 - Prospecting (click to view)

Use these letters to prospect for new affiliates. Send these letters in the sequence indicated or feed them into an autoresponder for automatic delivery.  (wait 2-3 days in between letters)

VERY IMPORTANT:

You are not allowed to directly reference ANY SFI website unless the prospect has double opted-into SFI.  Note that every link in these letters (such as myurl19 or myurl20) leads to a page on my personal website and NOT to an SFI website. (example in my case: http://www.smartecreation.com/homeoffice ) Use this series with caution, and set it up in connection with your own personal web domain. (visit here to learn more about creating your own personal website). Also note that each letter must offer an opt-out explanation and link!

Campaign #2 - Follow-up with prospects who have not double-opted in (click to view)

Use these letters to help prospects complete their sign-up process.

(wait at least 2 days after you received the New Prospect e-mail from SFI to send the first letter; wait 2-3 days in between letters until prospect either opts out or confirms)

It happens quite often that people find your SFI website and register. But, as you know, SFI requires a double opt-in. As soon as their initial registration reaches SFI, an e-mail is sent to the prospect, requiring them to click on a link to confirm their sign-up.  Some prospects do not complete this process, because of various reasons.  A lot of them simply missed that SFI e-mail.  This series of letters serve as friendly reminders to these people to complete the process. Notice that each letter offers an opt-out explanation and link! (If you don't use an autoresponder, ask the prospects to "click reply with REMOVE in the subject line).

VERY IMPORTANT:

You are not allowed to directly reference ANY SFI website unless the prospect has double opted-into SFI.  Notice that there are no web-links whatsoever in these letters. Use this series with caution.  Note that each letter must offer an opt-out explanation and link!

Campaign #3 - New Affiliates TeamSFI Training

Use these letters for step-by-step training of your new affiliates.

Important note: Any affiliate I have sponsored and put into YOUR downline will receive this training series from me.

(wait at least 2 days after you received the New Affiliate e-mail from SFI to send the first letter; wait 2-3 days in between letters)

What happens next?

A few prospects will e-mail you.  Many times that first email is simply them trying to determine whether or not SFI is legitimate.  Your prompt response will go a long way toward assuring them that SFI is indeed the real thing and that you are a professional who has their best interests at heart. Answer accurately and honestly, be enthusiastic and encourage them to contact you again for additional questions.  Make it a point to respond to email your Leads, Prospects and Affiliates send to you within 48 hours.
